Authors are invited to submit a one-page digest through the online submission system.
The digest must be submitted in IEEE PDF format and digests presented at LDIA 2025 must be original material and have not been previously presented or published.
All accepted digests will be published in the conference program book.
An online proceedings will be also posted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library after the conference (optional). No-show papers will be excluded from the online proceedings.
All accepted authors are required to submit the final version of their 1-page digest. The final upload must be completed via ConfTool.
How to submit:
Please ensure to include authors’ names and affiliations in the final version following the below format.
※ Authors who do not wish to have their digest published in IEEE Xplore must still submit the final version for inclusion in the conference program book. However, they are not required to sign the IEEE e-Copyright Form.
Authors of accepted digests are also invited to submit a Full Paper (3-6 pages) for publication in either IEEE Xplore or KIEE JEET.
Submission of a Full Paper is optional, and authors may choose not to publish in either IEEE Xplore or KIEE JEET if they prefer.
Guidelines on Full Paper submission can be found Here
The digest should include key equations, figures, tables and references, but no authors’ names or affiliations. Digests which do not meet the above requirements will be rejected before review. The digests must clearly state the objective, methods and specific results in detail.
In preparing the One-page Digest, please keep in mind the following points:
All digests submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. IEEE PDFeXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).
The IEEE Copyright Form can be signed directly through ConfTool (the e-Copyright button will be shown to accepted contributions after the review.)
Plagiarism and Excessive Re-use of Earlier Material
Make sure that your paper is substantially different from (your) previously published work. Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism and multiple publication using IEEE CrossCheck Portal (https://crosscheck.ieee.org). Submitting authors will be checked have they been prohibited from publishing with any or all IEEE publications using The IEEE Prohibited Authors List (PAL) Database.
For the authors who received the result of the similarity score more than 31% in extended summary, please make sure to adjust it with 30% or less in final manuscript.
For the authors who received the result of the similarity score less than 31%, please keep the same level in final manuscript.
