Important Notices

  • To be eligible for presentation at LDIA 2025 and inclusion in the conference proceedings, each accepted digest must be registered and paid for by at least one author or presenter by Friday, April 4, 2025.
  • By default, both Regular and Student registrations allow the submission of one digest each. However, if you need to submit multiple digests, only Regular participants (not Students) are eligible. Regular registrants can submit up to two additional digests for an extra fee, allowing a total of three digests under one registration.
  • To facilitate event planning, participants are kindly asked to confirm their meal attendance during registration. Lunch coupons will only be provided to those who indicate their participation, so please make your selection carefully.
  • Please refer to Visa Information page for more information on VISA.

  •  One Regular registration allows the registration of one digest at no cost and up to two other digests with additional fees.
  •  One Student registration allows the registration of one digest at no cost and no additional digests, regardless of fees.
  •  Each registration fee includes one Gala Dinner ticket. Additional tickets for non-registered companions can be purchased separately.

Registration Procedure

  • Step 1. Click the “Registration System” button above and Login
  • Step 2. Click the ‘Registration Submission/Status’ menu
  • Step 3. Fill out the ‘Registration Form’ and submit
  • Step 4. Check details and scroll down to make payment
  • Step 5. [CARD] Click the ‘Pay Now’ button and proceed online card payment
    [Bank Transfer] Check your invoice and transfer the registration fee
  • Step 6. After the payment, confirmation letter will be sent to you

  • VISA, MASTER, JCB, and AMEX cards are acceptable.
  • (For Korean) Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate the payment you made to Duzon.
  • (For Foreigner) Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM
  • (For Foreigner) This payment method is provided by Eximbay and is billed as www.eximbay.com

2. 온라인 수기카드 결제 (연구비카드 또는 법인카드 결제) * Domestic Institutions Only (국내 소속 기관만 가능)

  • 연구비 카드 또는 법인 카드로 결제 가능
  • 결제에 필요한 항목: 카드사, 카드번호, 유효기간
  • 본 결제 방식은 현장에서의 수기 결제가 아닌 온라인 시스템을 통한 결제입니다.

3. By Bank Transfer

  • Once you complete the registration form, you can check LDIA 2025 account information.
    (등록 시스템 내에서 등록폼 작성을 완료하면, 입금해야 할 계좌정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.)
  • The sender’s name MUST BE Registration number(4-digits) or registrant’s name.
  • After remittance, please be sure to send an email to the secretariat (ldia2025@ldia2025.com) along with the deposit receipt (date, remitter's name, amount) and your 4-digit registration number.
  • All bank remittance charges are to be paid by the registrant.
  • We are not responsible for the inability to verify registrant information due to mismatch in the sender name format. Please be sure to read the remittance name form provided before sending the money.

Cancellation Policy

  • How to Request a Refund
    To request a refund, please email the secretariat at ldia2025@ldia2025.com with the reason for your refund request.
  • Refund Processing
    Refunds will be processed sequentially within 2 weeks to 1 month after the event concludes. All bank service charges will be borne by the registrant, and refunds will be issued only after the symposium has ended.
  • Refund Request Deadline
    Refund requests must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM on Friday, April 4, 2025.

Registration Documents

Supporting documents can be verified through the online registration system based on payment status.

  • Invoice(거래명세서): Documents that can be verified before completing payment (결제 전 발급)
  • Receipt(영수증), Confirmation letter(등록 확인증): Documents that can be confirmed after payment is completed (결제 후 발급)
  • e-Name Badge, Participation Certificate(참가확인증): Available from the symposium start date (May 18, 2025) (행사 시작 후 발급)

Invitation Letter for Visa

  • If you need a letter of invitation to participate in LDIA 2025, please email our secretariat at ldia2025@ldia2025.com with your NAME, AFFILIATION and REGISTRATION NUMBER (all can be found in your registration page after logging in the online registration system).
  • The LDIA 2025 Organizing Committee issues invitation letter only to digest presenters or authors who have submitted a registration and paid all the fees.
