Deadline for Full Paper Submission: May 2(Fri.)

  • Authors of accepted digests who selected full paper publication (IEEE Xplore or JEET) during the 1-page digest submission are eligible to submit a full paper.
  • All full papers must be submitted through the ConfTool system, the same platform used for 1-page digest submission.
Authors must upload the full paper file under Submission ID 1XXX, where XXX corresponds to the ID of the original one-page digest. Please note that the full papers can only be uploaded using the account of the original submitter in ConfTool.
  • Submission details remain the same as those of the one-page digest. If you would like to request any changes, please contact the conference secretariat at ldia2025@ldia2025.com.
  • Submitted papers will undergo peer review and will be published after the conference.

Full Paper Preparation

  • The template of the full paper provides a detailed description of paper preparation.
  • The minimum number of pages is 3, and the maximum is 5. Submissions that do not comply with the template or page limits may be subject to revision requests or rejection.
  • IEEE Xplore does not allow duplicate publication. Therefore, the Final version of the full paper will be posted in IEEE Xplore instead of the pre-submitted one-page digest. (The final version of the one-page digest will be printed in the conference program book.)
If you wish to publish only the 1-page digest and not the full paper in IEEE Xplore, please sign the e-copyright form and submit the final version of the 1-page digest through the ConfTool system.(This is optional for authors.).

IEEE PDF eXpress Guideline

All papers for IEEE Xplore submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. IEEE PDF eXpress is a free service to IEEE conferences, allowing their authors to make IEEE Xplore-compatible PDFs (conversion function) or to check PDFs that authors have made themselves for IEEE Xplore compatibility (PDF Check function).

IEEE E-Copyright

For paper publication in the IEEE Xplore Proceedings, submitting an e-copyright form (eCF) is mandatory and must be completed online.
As only the full paper will be published, the e-copyright form submitted for the one-page digest submission will be used for uploading the full paper to IEEE Xplore.
Authors who have not yet signed the IEEE e-copyright form can find the access button on the submission page in ConfTool.

IEEE CrossCheck

Plagiarism and Excessive Re-use of Earlier Material
Make sure that your paper is substantially different from (your) previously published work. Manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism and multiple publication using IEEE CrossCheck Portal (https://crosscheck.ieee.org). Submitting authors will be checked have they been prohibited from publishing with any or all IEEE publications using The IEEE Prohibited Authors List (PAL) Database.

For the authors who received the result of the similarity score more than 31% in extended summary, please make sure to adjust it with 30% or less in final manuscript.

For the authors who received the result of the similarity score less than 31%, please keep the same level in final manuscript

Full papers submitted through the ConfTool system will undergo an initial review by the LDIA 2025 Technical Program Committee (TPC).
Authors of papers selected through the TPC review will receive separate email notifications, and guidelines for the final submission and review from KIEE(JEET) will be sent at a later time.
